Not just this branch, but every B of A I've ever been to has been terrible. They're never open, they charge for everything, and they're shady. If you have no other option I'd invest in a safe and send money through mail before using them.
Worst Customer Service I ever experienced at a Financial intitution. Despite having a current account the teller wouldn't deposit two checks endorsed to me. They were in a rush to get me out of there to help foreign students temporarily assigned to Lackland. It is obvious to me that they get a better payoff by opening bank accounts for these foreign students. It wasn't until, I was obviously upset that the "manager" tried to step in.

Too late! I'm closing my account with Bank of America and I'm opening another savings account with USAA.
This place is great. Usually fast courteous service. Pleasant. It is a little inconvenient, because it is on post but, compared to the others it is heaven. If this bank closes I will leave Bank of America.
