Outstanding service by the front desk. The Inn’s a little rough and outdated. But for the price and convenience of being close to the BMT Squadrons for our sons graduation, priceless.

After booking for BMT graduation, i then read the reviews. I was feeling anxious, fearing the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. Bed very comfortable, sheet nice and everything clean.i didnt smell mold and i have allergies. The shower head IS very low but i am only 5'2" so not too bad for me. Always had hot water for showers and since we booked two rooms, the shared bathroom wasnt terrible. It was so close and convenient for graduation week activities. Bldg is old but in good shape.

The bed was a 3/5, shower head was about 5 feet off the ground, and I stepped on a cricket in the middle of the night...barefoot. No stove. Private bathroom option. Walls were thin, woke up to the person above me walking around at 4:45am twice in one week. Other than that, this place is great! Maid service is on point, 30 second walk to both a gym and a BX!

Being in the Air Force we get the stereotype of always staying in the nice hotels. Now if only this one were one of them. These buildings are so old and nasty they need to be demolished and rebuilt! First issue was the shared bathrooms with your next door neighbor. As bad as that is, it's compounded by the fact housekeeping hardly cleans them. They say it gets cleaned weekly, but after 2 weeks, it was apparent that was incorrect. The shower started to build up stains. The AC then broke. By the 3rd day of no AC I was at wits end. The final straw was waking up and walking into an ant infestation in the shared bathroom. Instant wake up call. After this whole ordeal, I was finally granted a NonA and could find a real hotel off base!

The night before I left I called the front office to verify shuttle pick up time from my room to the lobby(they are in different locations). I was down 10 min early an d after 20 min of waiting I realized they aren't running behind, they just are not coming. I tried calling twice but both times was hung up by a recorder stating "we are experiencing a high call volume, please try later". After 15 min of walking to the lobby with all my luggage, I was able to checkout and catch the shuttle from the lobby to the airport. After I asked the front desk where the driver was and told them what happened, they went and found the driver. She was inside. Never left the building....
